TERMS & CONDITIONS
 

By accepting delivery of the container/s the customer agrees to all Terms & Conditions of Can-Do Disposal, Inc.

All containers are delivered C.O.D. unless previously agreed in writing.

 The customer is responsible and liable for any damage to the containers while in his care.

 Container service time is for one week (7 days).

There will be an additional $5.00 per day fee for each day over the 1 week period (7 days).

There is a 2 ton (4000 lb.) weight limit per container.

Container loads exceeding 2 tons will be charged $65.00 for each additional partial or full ton.

 Customer will not overload container/s by volume above the container wall height.

There is an additional $100.00 charge for each overloaded container.

Can-Do Disposal, Inc. is not responsible for any damage done to property (driveways, sidewalk, lawns, fences, shrubbery etc.) in its attempt to deliver, exchange or retrieve the container/s at Customers job site.


SPECIAL DISPOSAL MATERIALS:  Concrete, asphalt, sand, dirt, rocks, tiles, tree trunks, paint, chemicals, any kind of petroleum products or solvents, any kind of contaminated materials, materials containing asbestos, gas containers (full or empty), any combustible or volatile material, any highly flammable or explosive materials, any biomedical or infectious material, any toxic or hazardous waste, any excrement materials, dead animals, radioactive material, tires or batteries, roofing materials or any appliances containing Freon gas or any other materials characterized as hazardous by the United States Environmental Protection Agency. Can-Do Disposal, Inc. shall acquire title to the acceptable waste materials when it is loaded into the container however title to and liability for any special disposal material shall remain with the Customer and he expressly agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Can-Do Disposal, Inc. from and against any and all damages, fines, penalties and liabilities resulting from and/or arising out of Customers loading special disposal materials into containers. Containers are not water tight and Customer shall not load any material which could leak.

There will be additional charges per Special Disposal Material items found in container/s unless previously agreed upon by Can-Do Disposal, Inc. in writing.

Can-Do Disposal, Inc. may, without notice, dump the contents of the container/s, on site, and remove the container/s due to the customer’s refusal to pay C.O.D., unauthorized material in the container/s or previous unpaid bills.

Customer warrants that any right of way provided by the Customer to Can-Do Disposal, Inc. for the purpose of maneuvering, delivering, exchanging or removing the container is sufficient to bear the weight of all of the contractors’ trucks, containers and equipment. Any damage to the surface or subsurface or anything under the surface shall be the responsibility of the Customer. Customer hereby grants access into his property to Can-Do Disposal, Inc. for the purposes of performing the specified work.

There will be a $100.00 charge for any unsuccessful attempts to deliver, exchange or final the container/s to the Customer’s job site through no fault of Can-Do Disposal, Inc.  Drivers will wait no longer than 15 minutes to gain access to the container.

Responsibility for the container/s and its contents remains with the Customer, while on Customer job site.  Customer agrees not move or alter the container/s in any way and shall use same for its proper and intended purpose. Can-Do Disposal, Inc. is the only entity authorized to move the containers, truck or equipment.
